About Nina Anderson
Nina is a jet pilot, nutritional consultant, and author of 17 books on aviation and health. The retired corporate jet pilot has flown Gulfstreams, Citations and the Hawker which is the airplane where the action takes place in her novel, 2012 Airborne Prophesy. The Passaic, New Jersey–native is also a specialist in performance nutrition certified by the International Sports Science Association.
During her 20-year tenure as an active researcher in the alternative health field, Nina co-authored 17 books. She has gained national acclaim with numerous television and radio appearances as well as articles published in Plane & Pilot, Woman Pilot, General Aviation News, and Atlantic Flyer.
Among Nina's other accomplishments are Phantom National Sailing Champion, managing partner of Electroblast—a sports drink tablet company, and founder of the Council for Disabled Sailors.
